Marching Band Performs at the Veteran's Day Parade

The Colby High School Marching Band was in action again November 11 when they lent their talents to the Veteran's Day Parade. The band, directed by Mr. Joey Nickols, marched along the route from Fike Park to the courthouse playing patriotic music. They also played the "Star Spangled Banner" at the courthouse for the brief ceremony following the parade.
The students performed well, and the music added a festive air to the parade. We are grateful to Mr. Nickols and all the student band members for sharing their musical talent and providing this service to the community.
