American Studies

American Studies is the collaboration of the English III and American History classes taken in the Junior year at Colby High School. Students will learn about our nation's history in an integrated way. They will discuss and evaluate historical events and time periods, read and analyze literary selections and explore art, music and video media that is indicative of the time periods.
