Middle School Honor Band Music is Ready!

Attention Middle School Band Students, the Music is Ready!

The John Philip Sousa Honor Band music is now posted online.  Students may go to the website and download it.  The address for the website is as follows:  http://teachers.usd497.org/sarobins/John%20Philip%20Sousa.htm.  Clinking on the address should take you directly to the site.  I encourage all band students who are planning to attend honor band to get started.  

Here are a few dates to keep in mind.  The audition must be postmarked by October 22nd.  There will be an audition fee of $5.  The event is January 21-22, 2011.  The audition includes the etude, the scale sheet and a chromatic scale.  The chromatic scale must be slurred up and tongued down.
