The Art of Cloud Watching

Mount Washington Center

May 28, 2008

Spend time with your child just watching clouds.  On a hot, hazy summer day, take a blanket outside with a piece of paper and a pencil.  With your child, lie down and look at the clouds.

Do you see a cloud that reminds you of anything?  Together, sketch pictures of the clouds you see. Later, you and your child can learn about the types of clouds you saw.
